GSEV Members: Free

Non-GSEV Scientists & Non-Academic Institutions: €250

Non-GSEV Students: €100
 

Important Notes:

GSEV Membership Verification: Please be prepared to provide your GSEV membership details during the registration process. Further information about membership can be found on the the membership website. 

Student Verification: Students will need to provide proof of current enrollment (e.g., valid student ID) at the registration desk at the conference venue.

Registration Deadline: Please register by 30.06.2024 to secure your place.

Limited Availability: Attendance is capped at 220 participants. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Payment Methods: An invoice will be issued promptly after successful registration.
 

Refund Policy:

Full refund if we receive your written cancellation notice by 31st August 2024.

50% refund if we receive your written cancellation notice by 23rd September 2024.
