Exosome isolation and analysis in half a day

Abstract: This workshop will give you the opportunity to isolate your exosome sample using MACS technology, eliminating the need of ultra-centrifugation and increasing the specificity of your exosomes. Once isolated, your sample will be analyzed using the MACSPlex Exosome Kit for a fast characterization (37 markers plus 2 isotype controls) of your exosomes on a flow cytometer.

Register and bring your own sample (optional) to see how easy and fast exosome research can be.

Particle Metrix workshop

Abstract: The ZetaView® TWIN Laser NTA  System offers the unique ability to characterize biological nanoparticles, such as extracellular vesicles (EVs), viruses or virus-like particles in two different fluorescent channels.  Extracellular vesicles can be phenotypically characterized in terms of their size, number and concentration by means of fluorescently labeled antibodies and intercalating membrane dyes.

Combinations of two specific surface markers such as CD63 + CD81 or CD81 + CD9 can be analyzed on the same sample in rapid succession. As with the ZetaView® Classic, the ZetaView® TWIN System provides scatter-, fluorescence and zeta potential measurement modes.
